Q1. Why should I use 2FA?

It adds an extra layer of protection beyond your password.

Q2. Can I disable 2FA later?

Yes. Go to Account Settings → Security → Disable 2FA, enter your password, and confirm.

Q3. What if I don’t receive my 2FA code?

  • Check your network connection.

  • Ensure your phone/email is active.

  • If using an authenticator app, verify that your device time is correct.

Q4. What happens if I lose access to my 2FA device?

You’ll need to contact Customer Support to recover your account.
